Shipping Guide
Labeling
Attach the labels you received from KIBA by email to each bottle/can. Cover each label once more with clear tape so it is not damaged. Bottles/cans without a label will be excluded from judging.
Packaging
Wrap each bottle/can individually in bubble wrap and place it upright in the box. Fill any empty space with cushioning material to prevent breakage and, if necessary, mark the outside of the box “Fragile” / “This Side Up”. The KIBA organizers are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping, and ice boxes or other special packaging containers will not be returned.
Shipping Deadline
Entries must arrive at the designated official KIBA warehouse by April 6, 2027. Once beer registration is complete, shipping information will be sent to participating breweries separately. Entries that arrive after the deadline will be excluded from judging.
Arrival Period: March 29 – April 6, 2027 (arrival at the designated logistics warehouse)
※ Shipping delays or other unexpected situations may occur, so please ship with enough time for your entries to arrive by the deadline.
Entries must arrive at the KIBA logistics warehouse within the designated dates, and received beers are kept refrigerated at an appropriate temperature.
※ For international shipments, additional costs such as customs duties, VAT and customs clearance fees may apply, and all such costs must be borne by the entrant.
Shipping Quantities
Entries should be 330–750 ml. Please submit 4 bottles or cans per beer.

Where to Ship
Breweries in Korea
Labels will be sent during March 15–19, 2027 after beer registration is complete. Breweries in Korea must ship their beers to KIBA's official logistics provider by courier or direct delivery.

International Breweries
International breweries can ship their entries by international courier or through a distributor in Korea.
